Audimute Customer Reviews - Peacemaker

Eco-friendly Studio
I am a freelance sound editor/mixer bringing audio for post production into the sanctity of my home studio. Audimute products are essential to create the appropriate environment for my work. My clients love it and I love the fact that I converted my home to a GREEN studio! Pros: Love the look and effectiveness of the soundproofing!
ApartmentIt works. Before hanging the Peacemaker I could hear every spoken word in the next apartment. Now it is even tolerable even when my neighbors are having a party.
Music Producer/DJ
Studio
I'm a music producer and a DJ. I was tired of paying out big dollar to go into a studio which people defined as "pro-studios." I purchased a house in October of last year and just got around to building one of the rooms in the basement into a pro-studio. I knocked down walls, built up walls, put up insulation, then peacemaker, 5/8 sheet rock and I was golden baby. No more noise coming into the closet from the utility room at all- it's great! I have nothing but great things to say about this product called peacemaker it works what else do i need to say- it works great.- Hakim Alhaqq
Recording Studio
I make instrumentals and record as a hobby and I'm big in quality. Most of recordings are in my basement that is at about 20x20. I would always receive echos and returning sound not to mention my family members upstairs screaming. So I planned to construct a recording booth. I searched soundproof materials. That's when i stumbled on Audimute Peacemaker. It was right for my budget. I ordered 4 and got started with construction on my recording booth. Installation was very easy, and I can already "not" hear results. Pros: The peacemaker is very easy to install. Its cheap and within my budget for soundproofing. The sheets are very flexible. Ive dropped them, stepped on them, nailed and re-nailed over them and they don't tear. Cons: Not much. I'm happy with its performance. -Cheng Kong
Worship Center
Very effective at lowering volume levels from our rocking worship center to children church rooms just one wall away.
Land Cruiser
I pulled out the entire interior of my Land Cruiser and double layered Peacemaker to the metal floor. It does a great job of reducing the road noise and exhaust noise.
Eco-friendly soundproofing
Kudos to Audimute! Happy to purchase your product for my project as well as help the environment. With millions of tires going to the landfills, nice to know you are creating a product to recycle all that rubber.
Drummer in a Rented House
I'm a drummer living in a rented house and I needed to shield family and neighbors from the loud drums sound without building a permanent room-within-a-room. Audimute provided the ideal solution for less than half the amount I would have to spend to build a soundproof booth. I don't have total soundproofing but I have enough to keep myself and everybody else happy, plus I have a great sounding room. Pros: Great sound blocking. Cons: shipping cost. -Felipe
NYC Apartment
I live in Ludlow Street the heart of Manhattan's Lower East Side neighborhood known for its bars, restaurants, and lounges... loud people and police sirens. The seven floor building - previously a tenement building can carry in not only the noise from the streets, but from the other units as well given its "shoe like" structural design. I installed the Audimute Peacemaker hoping to lessen only the noise from my apartment to the lower floor. I was amazed to found out how it did more that that. I blasted the speakers with the windows open and went out to the fire escape. I was surprised to find out how it silenced the music, but more surprised when my neighbors asked me if I have been out of town for work for a while since they have not heard me for a while. I highly recommend the product if you want to enjoy your place, your privacy, and a healthy relationship with your neighbors.-Hector
StudioHey thank you guys for being so helpful, when I finish the studio I'll send you some pictures. I think you'll be very surprised how I utilized your product, and just for the record I did a comparison of your product with the "now leading" competitor product...my investigation showed that in order for me to get the same coverage (3@195sq ft = 585sq ft) I would have to pay $2,425.31 and that's just for the sheets, the Peacekeeper compatible product (2@125sq ft=250) cost $699.00... for a savings of $2,260.25 and that's including shipping to Hawaii. So no matter how you slice it I saved A TON, and with that savings I'm going to create the perfect environment to launch my musical career. Thank You. Richard Johns
