"Terms of Participation"
Audimute Customer Spotlight Contest is open to anyone who has used one or more Audimute product(s) (with the exception of batteries). All eligible entries must include at least one product. Previous contest winners are not eligible.
Each month from September 2009 to November 2009, up to 5 entries will randomly be drawn as winners. Each winner will receive $50, payable by check. Winners have option to double winnings in Audimute product.
Each winning customer spotlight will have its own spotlight page featuring the customer images and headshot, description and product review.

1. HOW TO ENTER
- Complete the online entry form on Audimute website at audimutesoundproofing.com/contest-form.aspx AND
- Upload or e-mail 5 or more images* of your product in use and/or space where product is used (image entry must include 1 headshot.) Entries received via mail, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted.
Images must be in JPEG, GIF or TIFF format. Entry must include 1 headshot image. Please note: product does not have to be visible (Example: If you are reviewing Peacemaker Sound Insulation and its installed in your walls – you can photograph the finished space for your entry.) Instructions on how to submit images will be provided after the completion of the online entry form.
Requirements for Images
- Name each image with your last name and number each image as shown in this example: Smith1, Smith2, etc.
- Minimum size of each image = 0.5 MBMaximum size of each image = 3.0 MB
Entry Requirements All entries must meet the following guidelines:
- The entry must contain Audimute product(s) or refer to Audimute product(s).
- Limit of one entry per household per month. (Entries of more than one person i.e. bands, teams, etc. may enter - one person must be designated as the team leader and responsible for all communication with Audimute)
- Entry must include a valid e-mail address.
- Audimute retains editorial rights and full ownership of all entries.
- By submitting an entry, entrant agrees to have his/her entry posted on Audimutesoundproofing.com and any Audimute marketing materials & affiliates without any further notice, permission, or compensation.
- Each entrant grants permission to use his/her first name to be posted in connection with the Contest.
- Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be disqualified. Audimute is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of Audimute and none will be returned.
- Entries must be dignified, modest and in good taste. Audimute reserves the right to make determinations of suitability in its sole and absolute discretion, and to disqualify any entries it determines to be inappropriate for any of the reasons listed above, or for any other reason.
2. GENERAL RULES: Open to contestants who are 18 years of age or older or 13-17 years of age where a parent/or legal guardian enters on behalf of the child. Employees of Audimute and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and provincial laws.
3. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES: All completed entries will be eligible. Each month from September 2009 to November 2009, up to 5 winning entries will randomly be drawn. Each winner will receive $50, payable by check. Winners have option to double winnings in Audimute product. Winners will be notified via e-mail within the first seven (7) days following the month in which they entered. If the winner does not reply within seven (7) days, the prize will be forfeited. In such event, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Gift certificate for value of prize will be provided if Audimute product is chosen. Prizes will be mailed within 10 days of winner notification.
