Canceling Your Order
Audimute will try its best to help you cancel your order. Unfortunately, sometimes it is too late to cancel as your order already shipped. This page will help you determine if your order can still be cancelled. Please read carefully.
Please note that we ship in stock merchandise SAME DAY, therefore timing is crucial when cancelling an order. Please understand that due to the high volume of e-mails received at Audimute, we do not guarantee that e-mail cancellation requests will be handled in time for an order to be cancelled. Therefore, we highly recommend that you call our Customer Service Department to cancel your order.
To cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact customer service at 866-505-6883 before 4PM EST the day your order was placed M-F.
If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
If the item you wish to cancel has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item subject to our RETURNS POLICY.
