With an Audimute Door Seal Kit, it's never been easier to block sound from entering or exiting your room. Simply adhere the Acoustic Door Seals to the top and sides of your door, followed by an Adhesive Door Sweep on the bottom. An Audimute Door Seal Kit works by creating an airtight space so that sound cannot freely travel through one of the weakest parts of the room.

A Door Seal Kit includes:

(1) roll of one-sided, self-adhesive Acoustic Door Seal tape (3/16"x1/2"x50' )
(1) roll of one-sided, self-adhesive Door Sweep tape (1/2"x1.5"x25')

Both rolls are made out of strong, resilient foam. Audimute Door Seal Kit treats 1-3 doors. A quick-fix solution for homes, apartments, studios, vocal booths and more, an Audimute Door Seal Kit is simple to adhere, following the guidelines below.

Instructions for Applying Acoustic Door Seals:

1.   Measure the width and
       height of your door. Cut
       (3) strips of the Door
       Acoustic Seal to size

       (You'll need one for the
       top of your door as well
     as one for each side).

2.   Begin in the corner of
       your door, on the INSIDE
       of the frame - adhere
       each Door Acoustic Seal
       flush against the door
       jamb (See NOTE below).
       Peel off the paper
       backing as you go.

       (Helpful Hint: Open your
       door a and stand on the
       side towards which it
       opens - you'll be facing
       the inside of the door
       frame).

       NOTE: On the hinge side
       of the door, the acoustic
       seal should be adhered
       NEXT to the door jamb,
       directly on the frame
       (see picture to the left).

       On the opposite side, the
     Door Acoustic Seal
       should be adhered
       directly ON TOP of the
       door jamb (see picture to
       the right.

3.   Once the Acoustic Door
       Seals have been
       attached, run a flashlight
       test to ensure that no
       gaps remain. Simply
       shine a light through the
       top and sides of your
       door.

       If light shines through,
       you may want add
       another layer of the Door
       Acoustic Seal because
       this means there is still
       air space between the
       door and frame where
       sound can travel.

Instructions for Applying Audimute Adhesive Door Sweep:

Measure the width of the bottom of you doors
Cut to size one (1) strip of the Audimute Adhesive Door Sweep for each door in your space
Apply the Adhesive Door Sweep to the bottom of your door on whichever side you prefer, covering as much of the gap as possible (Note: Door sweeps only need to be applied to one side of the door)
Peel off the paper backing once adhesive door seal is applied
Be sure to adhere the door sweeps in a way that the door still swings open and closed with relative ease
