I am a 51 year old drummer who is playing a 1975 set of Ludwig drums that I bought new when I was a junior in high school. I bought the dampening rings for the drum heads to control ring and overtones. I've been very pleased with the rings. My drums sound great! - Gary

Thank you very much! The rings are really good, and having a full set is
great because I can move them around amongst my various drum sets. I have even tried them on my marching tenor drums to make them sound a little better when I am practicing in the basement. Your product is a great value compared to the Remo RemOs rings.

I use the drum rings on a performance drumset. The modified sound the mutes provide cut out dissonant overtones. This gives the drum a full sound no matter the wood.

I use a 9 piece set of vintage Tama Imperialstar concert toms that have constantly been of source or aggrevation as they ring and have annoying overtones. Hard to tune & hard to record. Replacement heads were another option but were costly and not guaranteed to work. Your product worked perfectly! I highly recommend them.
