Contest ends 11:59PM on August 20, 2010
One (1) fan with the most "likes" on their photos posted to the Audimute fan page by 11:59PM on Friday, August 20, 2010 will win $25 cash. Winner has option to double winnings in Audimute product. "Likes" will be totaled for every photo submitted by each fan - fans may submit as many photos as they wish. Only one winner will be chosen. Should there be a tie in terms of the number of "likes" a fan receives on their photos, the fan who who posted their photo first wins.
Each winner will be featured on Audimute's Facebook Fan page, as well as on the audimutesoundproofing.com website.- Post (1) or more images of your product in use and/or space where product is used to the Audimute Facebook Fan page (http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/pages/Audimute-Soundproofing/135246600640). Entries received via email, mail, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted. Please note: product does not have to be visible (Example: If you are reviewing Peacemaker Sound Insulation and its installed in your walls – you can photograph the finished space for your entry.)
- Submit a copyright agreement (which will be sent via a link to your Facebook mailbox upon posting a photo).
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS - All entries
must meet the following guidelines: |
- The entry must contain Audimute product(s) or refer to Audimute product(s).
- Limit of one entry per household. (Entries of more than one person i.e. bands, teams, etc. may enter - one person must be designated as the team leader and responsible for all communication with Audimute)
- Audimute retains editorial rights and full ownership of all entries.
- By posting a photo, entrant agrees to have his/her entry posted on Audimutesoundproofing.com and any Audimute marketing materials & affiliates without any further notice, permission, or compensation.
- Each entrant grants permission to use his/her first name to be posted in connection with the Contest.
- Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be disqualified. Audimute is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of Audimute and none will be returned.
- Entries must be dignified, modest and in good taste. Audimute reserves the right to make determinations of suitability in its sole and absolute discretion, and to disqualify any entries it determines to be inappropriate for any of the reasons listed above, or for any other reason.
Employees of Audimute and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and provincial laws.
WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES: All photo entries will be eligible. On August 20, 2010, one winner will be chosen. Winner will receive $25, payable by check. Winners have option to double winnings in Audimute product. Winners will be notified via Facebook e-mail within the first seven (7) days following the end of the contest. If the winner does not reply within seven (7) days, the prize will be forfeited. In such event, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Promotional code for value of prize will be provided if Audimute product is chosen. Prizes will be mailed within 10 days of winner notification.
