1. On the product page, enter 'custom' in the Image ID field to indicate that your will be submitting your own image(s) rather than selecting one from our gallery.
2.Continue to checkout and complete your order. Upon receipt of your order, we will e-mail you specific instruction for image submission (this may take 24-48 hours). To expedite, please give us a call. You will have the option to upload images via FTP or send them to us on CD. We prefer not to use e-mail, since image files are typically too large to be sent in one message.
Submit your images, a signed Copyright Release Form and any special instructions you wish to provide. You must have legal rights for use on any images submitted for reproduction. Please provide your files in pdf, tiff, eps or psd format. All files must be at least the pixel dimensions shown below to ensure a sharp quality print at 200 dpi. The quality of the print will depend on the quality of the image supplied. Please provide images to scale.
Upon receipt of your images, our graphic designer will evaluate them to make sure all art requirements have been met. Additional design work may be needed to correct common issues such as: resizing, cropping, adding a border, etc. Such work will incur a small design fee based on the amount of time required for the project. Before any design fees are applied, we will contact you for approval to proceed with the project.
Please Note: All images will “wrap” around the side of the panel, unless a border is requested or required. If a border is requested, please make a note of this when submitting your image(s). If a border is required (due to image size, resolution, etc.), we will contact you for permission to make the adjustment. All custom sales are final.
The Image Size Requirements chart below shows 'best quality' dimensions for image reproduction. Many images such as those found on stock image sites like i-Stock, Big Stock and Dreamstime can reproduce well at smaller than listed sizes depending on contrast and clarity. Images up to 20%-40% less pixel resolution may still be feasible to print. Please feel free to contact us for an image review.

Not all images are appropriate for large format digital printing. Please consider the following when choosing photographs: Photographs should be sized proportionately to the finished dimensions of the panel. If your dimensions are wider than they are tall, then your photograph should have the same proportions. Images should be cropped if needed. Digital cameras 8 MG or lower do not provide enough resolution for a large scale quality print. Photographs should be in focus. Our graphics department will review all artwork submitted for reproduction to determine if it is appropriate in quality, clarity and size for the project.
