Our Shipping Policy
At Audimute Soundproofing, we package well, and ship quickly: we normally ship from within 6 to 24 hours of receiving your order. In-stock orders placed by 2pm Eastern Standard Time on weekdays (excluding holidays) are usually shipped out the same day. We currently ship products throughout the United States and Canada.
Rush orders are welcome. Please give us a call at 866-555-MUTE (6883) to expedite your order.
We ship throughout the Unites States and Canada (we only ship USPS to Canadian addresses (if this is a problem, or would like a different shipping method for your order, please give us a call). Time in transit varies by destination. Please view our Transit Time Map below for an estimate on delivery time once your product is shipped.
In-Store Pickup:
If you will be in the Cleveland, Ohio area and would like to pick up your order from our warehouse, please call us at 800.479.6334 prior to placing your order and we will schedule a time for your pickup.

Shipping costs are provided both in the shopping cart as well as at Checkout before your payment is processed. Your will not be charged for hidden or unbilled charges! (International Buyers please read below section)
Shipping outside the United States:
Please Note: International governments may charge a duty tax and there may be brokerage fees. This is NOT charged by our company, and we are not responsible for this fee. The amount these fees are based on is the International Dollar Value of your purchase not the American Dollar Value. If you have any question regarding why you are being charged this fee, please refer to your government’s official website. Brokerage Fee varies upon the value of the product; for rate information, please refer to the UPS home page for additional information.
Address Corrections:
Please Note: We reserve the right to charge buyers all fees associated with address corrections, undeliverable packages, and returns to our warehouse. Please make sure you fill out your address correctly during checkout to insure your product ships to the right location.
Shipping Carriers:
Audimute Soundproofing uses both UPS as well as USPS to provide our customers with the lowest shipping prices possible! Audimute Soundproofing reserves the right to ship via an alternate carrier to ensure the fastest delivery possible at no additional cost to you. If you require that an order is shipped via a particular carrier, please let us know in the 'Special Instructions' box at checkout.
